SUMMARY:

The Administrator will provide support for both the General Directors and Development
Department by providing executive level administrative aid to include clerical help, receiving clients
and visitors, arranging the Directors schedules and travel plans and handling correspondence.  The
employee is responsible for communicating and behaving in a way that supports diversity and  equality among co-workers and colleagues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide administrative support for the Directors, as need
Coordinates meetings for the Directors
Serves as Clerk for the Board.  Records and transcribes minutes of meetings, maintains files and
provides clerical support to the Board Chair
Create a variety of correspondences, reports, bulletins and publicity releases assigned   by the Director
Coordinate and organize business and social functions, including travel plans as needed
Provide administrative support for the Director of the Development Department
Make meeting arrangements and send timely notices.  Attend meetings and take minutes
Create, maintain and archive (when appropriate) all computer and hardcopy files constituents
pledge/gift management, chronological filling, correspondence, volunteers, etc.
Prepare campaign reports, campaign summaries and transmittal reports
Generate custom and system generated computer reports as needed on a timely basis

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have work in a very busy environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration
Fluent in English
Computer literate
Be teachable and able to work under pressure
Show good quality of leadership and team work management
3 years’ work experience in a similar field
