Responsibilities

The work requires attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.

Receptionist / secretary is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing efficient office management

Will handle all the front office operations including receiving of guests  and making calls on behalf of the organization.

Proper book keeping and records management.

Telephone answering and routing calls, managing reception area, overseeing tracking logs and   general administrative support, photocopying, filling, assisting creating project assignments and distributing mails to appropriate personnel

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or degree Secretarial training or any related field
  2. Minimum 3 years’ work experience, including working in an NGO setup will be an added advantage
  3. Advanced word processing/ computer skills
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Excellent Customer relations
  6. Have capacity to work under pressure to meet strict timelines.
  7. Have good interpersonal and communication skills
